EMAILS
By joining My Instant Biz YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS UP TO EVERY 24HRS FROM myinstantbiz@gmail.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from myinstantbiz@gmail.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, My Instant Biz promotions or anything that My Instant Biz needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back My Instant Biz a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
My Instant Biz is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. My Instant Biz does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from My Instant Biz. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

Auto Surf Programs
Auto surf TEs are not allowed in use with the Advertising Materials offered on My Instant Biz. If you wish to use auto surf programs you will have to provide your own splash pages on your own domain. If your splash page or any other advertising material, that is hosted on My Instant Biz, is spotted in an auto surf program your account will be suspended until you discontinue such use. Your credits will go to a random member while your account is suspended.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of My Instant Biz. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold My Instant Biz liable for any items or policies within this program.

TrafficWave Accounts

If you do not join TrafficWave from your referrer in MIB your TrafficWave account will not be eligible for use with MIB. We are all building the same downline together. This is so we all receive spillover from each others efforts and our commissions build a lot faster. TrafficWave accounts that are not in the MIB downline do nothing to help all other members so they are not allowed to be used with the MIB system.

My Instant Biz accounts that are found to be advertising an unverified TrafficWave account in their Income Streams within the My Instant Biz system will be terminated without notice and all commissions from My Instant Biz will be forfeited.

Refunds
Once you pay for your matrix position, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket within 3 days, stating that you would like a refund with your payment information. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of My Instant Biz, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page. No refund requests will be considered after 3 days from the initial payment date. Please make sure you know what you are paying for before you pay. (Allow up to 48 hours, after your request, to receive your refund.)

SPAM
My Instant Biz has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include My Instant Biz's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for My Instant Biz in emails.
To falsify user information provided to My Instant Biz or to other users of the service in connection with My Instant Biz, or any of it's other sites.
To use the My Instant Biz name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

My Instant Biz considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by My Instant Bizterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit My Instant Biz actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

My Instant Biz reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, My Instant Biz reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a member of My Instant Biz, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
